We arrived a few minutes early, always a good idea, plus you can use the time to get your helmet and meet the other people in your tour.  The tour we took is the start of a new category for the company and looks to be a real winner.  People will get to see the inside of the city and some of the wonderful art brought to our town by some of the world's best know artists.  The tour starts a  week from now and is called the "Art Loop 2010 Segway Tour".  The tour lasts several hours and covers miles of ground with a knowledge guide.  You can park in the Millenium Garages for 12 hours and only spend $10.00 if you take the tour and get a validation card (
valid only in the Millenium Garages).

I had been on segways before, but not for hours at a time and this was a genuine thrill, something you will want to come and do again.

I will also add that this tour should do very well for folks who want the maximum in usable space.  This tour started at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday and at that time the city looks a bit like a science fiction drama where the people are all missing, no congestion.  After the tour a nice brunch at one of the many outdoor cafes is be another fun thing.  There's always the Gage or Bennigans on Michigan Avenue.

Buckingham Fountain, when you get the history behind it, it's even more interesting.

Smart and good looking these folks will keep you entertained and informed the whole journey.

These folks came all the way from South Africa to tour the city.

After a short time you will note people are maneuvering their segways with one hand and drinking coffee with the other.

Never enough art, but a good way to start your day.

Haven't had more fun early in the morning since I was in college.
